PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Morgan is a veteran leasing specialist and has built an extensive resume that includes some of the most recognizable retail projects in Southern California, including Plaza El Segundo, a 380,000 SF lifestyle/power center and the Howard Hughes Promenade, a 248,841 SF entertainment center. In the past ten years, he has closed more than 500 lease transactions, valued at more than $500 million.

BUSINESS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Morgan was recruited to Colliers International to grow the retail brokerage platform in Greater Los Angeles. Prior to that, he worked at CBRE where he was the lead landlord representative for a South Bay retail team. He was with the firm from 2005 until early 2010. Morgan started his real estate career in 1999 by managing the site selection, architectural direction and permitting of the first LEED Certified buildings in San Gabriel Valley. In 2002, he started at Sachse Real Estate, a boutique firm in Beverly Hills. There, he focused on sales and leasing of new and existing retail projects throughout Southern California and represented clients such as AutoZone, Inc., Circle-K and Massage Envy.
